Ridgeway Kids Photo Release

Photo Release for Children Under 18 Years of Age.

Occasionally we share photos/videos of what we're up to in Ridgeway Kids on our website, app and social media. To make sure you don't miss out on seeing your kiddos in those snapshots, fill out the photo release.

Please add your child(ren's) names.

I hereby grant permission to Ridgeway Church and its designated volunteers, to photograph my child(ren) and use their photo(s) for the purposes of Ridgeway Church and Ridgeway Kids publication, including but not limited to, the church's website and social media platforms. This permission extends to both current and future photos taken during their involvement with Ridgeway Church and its ministries.

Note: Photos do not include the names of the children. Our aim is to celebrate and share the joyous moments of our ministry while maintaining the confidentiality and security of each child. Thank you for your trust and support in our efforts to foster a safe environment.
